A huge congratulations goes to the team, who have successfully completed their challenge in aid of Children in Need.
Starting on Monday 15th, the team committed to covering the distance between Cannock and Cumbernauld (275 miles) and successfully finished at 2pm on Friday 19th, with Mark Langford crossing the finish line.
We are delighted to say that we smashed our fundraising goal – the team raised £400 and our parent, Briggs Equipment, has kindly offered to match our donation – meaning that a total of £800 will go directly to Children in Need as part of the United Plant fundraising effort.
Well done to everyone who has joined in over the past week, the effort and enthusiasm of the team has been fantastic and highlights how working together delivers more.
At United Plant we are committed to supporting charities, to help those who need it most. The £800 donation to Children in Need will go towards supporting local charities and projects, who provide essential frontline help to children and young people in communities throughout the UK.
United Plant. United People.
