OUR PARENTAGE

United Plant is owned by Briggs Equipment UK Ltd. Briggs is an engineering services and asset management specialist, who has transformed the contract hire of industrial machinery. As the exclusive UK distributor for the Hyster-Yale Group range of materials handling equipment, Briggs is also strategically partnered to provide industrial cleaning, agricultural plant and machinery, aerial access, and groundwork equipment. Briggs deliver engineering solutions for all of the equipment it supplies, through one of the largest fleets of mobile engineers in the UK.

Briggs currently manages and funds over 55,000 assets across a variety of industries, from groundcare, cleaning and materials handling to big trucks, yard tractors and plant equipment. We operate one of the largest mobile fleet of engineers across the UK, with the skillset to deliver engineering solutions for all of the equipment we supply.
