His strong engineering background and passion for service delivery aligns Jimmy to this important role. Jimmy started his career as an apprentice with Bell UK where he progressed to a senior field service engineer. He then went on to work for Buckingham Plant in an engineering role, maintaining various items of heavy plant equipment. In 2010, Jimmy joined United Plant Services as a field service engineer which included running a project in Sierra Leonne for 18 months. He spent 8 years with the company working in various progressive roles including workshop foreman, service manager and depot/regional manager. He moved to Bell UK as a field service engineer for a brief spell, before returning back to United Plant – now acquired by Briggs Equipment.
“We are delighted to welcome Jimmy back to the business which has transformed immensely over the last few years, says Greg Mulhearn, Managing Director. “Jimmy is part of a new structure that best supports the needs of our key customer group. His commitment to service delivery is second-to-non and he will be working proactively with individual sites and the United Plant management team to provide leading asset management.” concludes Greg.
