A very warm welcome goes to Lisa Sheppard, who has joined United Plant as Business Support Manager.

Based at our head office in Cannock, Lisa takes responsibility for the preparation and circulation of daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s, the review and implementation of key business processes and supporting the welfare of the office team.

Lisa joins from our parent company, Briggs Equipment, where she has worked for the last 12 years.

From her most recent role, Regional Business Analyst (South Region), Lisa was responsible for the reporting and implementation of cost controls. Lisa also spent many years as Team Leader in Briggs’ Service Centre, working with both engineer dispatch and billing teams. Her knowledge and experience of an engineering service business is first-rate.
