Greg Mulhearn

Managing Director

Greg brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and business acumen, having worked in the quarry and waste industry for over 30 years. Having joined United Plant Services in October 2017, Greg has created a five-year growth plan which he is driving within the business.  This will see the company strengthening its position as one of the UK’s leading engineering and asset management providers.  Greg’s’ passion for the industry along with true commitment to safety is second to none.

Nic Fearis

Regional Manager – North

Highly experienced in the industry, Nic takes responsibility for managing the United Plant Engineering Services team in the North, which includes the management and development of our customer group across the North Region.  He supports ongoing customer relationships, identifies new business opportunity and ensures safe working practices.

Nic joined the business from Volo Construction Equipment, where he worked for over 18 years in a range of roles, which have cemented his expertise of Heavy Mobile Equipment.

Rob Morgan

Regional Manager – South

Rob takes responsibility for the management of the United Plant Engineering Services team in the South, along with the management and development of our customer group across the South Region.  Initially joining the business as a HME Engineer covering the South Wales area, Rob’s passion and depth of knowledge across the customer group, saw him attain the role of Regional Manager in July 2021.

Rob has over 15 years’ experience within the heavy plant industry and is committed to building strong customer partnerships and placing safety first.

Stevie Gauld

Regional Manager – Scotland

Stevie takes responsibility for the maximisation of all revenue stream opportunities, whilst creating and delivering a culture of customer service excellence for the Scottish region. Stevie also has asset management responsibility across the region, along with supporting customer site requirements.

Stevie has worked within United Plant for over 9 years and joined the management team in 2021 to undertake this key role. With vast experience of the quarry and waste industry and in-depth product knowledge, Stevie utilises his experience to drive our business forward.  He focuses on our Scottish business, with responsibility for the management and leadership of the engineering team in Scotland and the Bonnybridge workshop facility.  

Lyndsey Allison

Compliance Manager

Lyndsey takes responsibility for Compliance Solutions, to ensure that United Plant effectively deliver brake testing, safety inspections and thorough checks in line with contractual safety obligations.

Lyndsey joined United Plant in April 2021 from Hardox, where she worked for over five years in a business development and sales management role. She has extensive experience within the engineering, quarrying, recycling, and construction industry, with a proven track record. 

Lyndsey is passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and understands the critical nature of compliance. 

Lisa Sheppard

Business Support Manager

Lisa takes responsibility for the preparation and circulation of daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s, the review and implementation of key business processes and supporting the welfare of the head office team. Her knowledge and experience of an engineering service business is first-rate. Lisa also focuses on driving WIP, streamlining our business processes and suppling key information to drive engineer utilisation. She supports the team on a daily basis, driving the business forward and maximising productivity.
