Recognition, learning, feedback and embedding a strong team culture are some of the powerful outcomes from our Employee Communication Meeting, held at Yarnfield Training Centre in Staffordshire. 

It has been great to get the national team together – sharing our strategy, reemphasising the importance of safety leadership, developments on strengthening our structure – as we remain committed to strong customer partnerships and delivering growth.

A fundamental element of the meeting was facilitating feedback from our employees – what is working well and what we can do better. We have received excellent ideas direct from the frontline, so thank you to the United Plant team for your valuable input. 

A big thank you also goes to our parent company, Briggs Equipment, who attended as guests, to share an update on Group performance and the value of being part of the Briggs family.
