United Plant is renowned for providing market-leading engineering support and fleet management for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) within the quarry and waste industry. We deliver proactive, preventative maintenance, working independently across all brands and equipment and trusted by leading private and public sector organisations.

Asset Management

Our Asset Management team works directly with customer sites to build strong relationships and drive performance. Asset Managers take full responsibility for vehicle off-road events (VORs), service intervals and key KPIs, ensuring maximum fleet availability. Our goal is simple: optimise your assets while reducing your overall operating costs.

Compliance

Our specialist Compliance Engineering team delivers national, scheduled safety inspections for customers across the UK. Engineers attend sites every 12 weeks, carrying out brake testing, safety inspections and thorough statutory checks, helping you remain compliant while keeping your fleet operational.

Workshop Services

As a truly independent provider, we work across all brands, delivering tailored repairs and rebuilds to suit your exact requirements and budget. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—just expert engineering solutions you can rely on. We also offer in-house line boring as a solution to repair and rebuild capability.
