Delivering our service

To best service our client’s vehicles, we need to keep our own in check. Our fleet of Mercedes vans are equipped to carry the tools and parts needed to repair and maintain all brands of plant and machinery. All vans are fitted with GPS trackers so that we can identify van locations to determine response times and get an engineer to you as quickly as possible.

The latest technology

We were the first operation of our kind to invest in PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) technology in 2004, and since then have consistently updated the technology we use making sure we stay one step ahead. We equip our engineers with the resources they need – such as smart phones – to enable them to relay information quickly and efficiently, for example, real time communications allow us to email a defect report as soon as we have finished working on a machine.
